Development of eCarepaths in 2023
eCarepaths are care pathways being made 'future-proof' through the implementation of remote contact, telemonitoring, and integration with the Zuyderland Control Center. Each carepath requires different decisions. We standardize where possible and customize where necessary. Check the status of eCarepaths development in 2023 here.
Collaborations
In 2023, within the framework of the Digital Healthcare Transformation program, numerous collaborative efforts have been initiated and further developed across various fronts. Moreover, initial exploratory discussions have been held with general practitioners and other primary care providers. Additionally, the groundwork has been laid for elaborating on the theme of Digitization within the Mijnstreek Coalition.
